1. We advice that each machine should be with an air compressor which is 3HP specification at least. (It depend functions what machine is installed.)

2. If the distance is longer between machine and air compressor, the pipe of air source should use metal pipe and the diameter should be wider than tail pipe. This way, it will reduce and avoid dropping of air pressure.

3. If one air compressor is used by two or more machines, please consider adding air tank for each machine.

1. The grounding copper bar should be 25mm in diameter and at least 1000mm in length. It has to be inserted completely into the soil.

2. The grounding wire cable should be at least 14mm2. (Depending on machine type, the diameter is different.)

3. Each machine should be grounded independently and the grounding copper bar should be as close to the machine as possible.

The backlight lamp of LCD screen is damaged. Please contact your nearest service personnel for replacement.

When the voltage of batteries is too low on servo amplifier, the message of “APC” will be flashing in the right corner of screen. Please keep machine power on and replace the batteries. (Do not shut down machine to replace because all zero point data of axis will be lost.)

1.The oil-air lubrication system is lubricating function for oil-air spindle (40# machine with over 12,000rpm spindle unit).

2.Oil-mist device is the machining function for cooling tools and lubricating work piece. It is usually applied on higher hardness mold machining.

1. Please check the output connector (0V and 24V) of DC24V power supplier. It must be DC24V on.

2. Please check the input connector (R3 and T3) of DC24V power supplier. It must be AC220V.

3. Please check the situation of R3(8A) fuse and T3(8A) fuse on relay board.

1.Please take off the outlet pipe on cooling unit and put it into waste drum.

2.Please execute “M3 S50” in MDI mode, and then cooling unit will run to drain used oil.

3.Please lock outlet pipe and take inlet pipe into new oil drum.

4.Please execute “M3 S50” in MDI mode, and then cooling unit will run to inject new oil. NOTE: The amount of new oil must be same as the used oil.

1.Please check relay and solenoid valve working correctly or not.

2.Please check pneumatic-hydraulic cylinder without any oil or air leakage. Please check the oil cup to make sure it’s filled to the required level.

3.Please check vertical cylinder and make sure there is no leakage.

It prevents damaging the bearing by fully lubricating it. Especially oil-air lubricating spindle unit, the lubrication of pipes will disappear after the spindle stops. If the warm up process is skipped, we can not guarantee that the spindle has been fully lubricated by the oil-air.
