High Performance 5-axis VMC for Complex Parts

NFX400A has a reliable 40-taper IDD PLUS 12,000 rpm spindle and high precision linear guideways with 6 slide blocks on X-axis. It is designed for manufacturers in aerospace, medical and automobile industries. It is also available with a broad range of tool magazines, ranging from 24T to 120T (opt.) which particularly ideal for complex parts that have varying profiles. What's the special about the advanced NXF400A is its large working area with ø400 x 310 mm  (ø15.7" x 12.2") for workpieces weighting up to 200 kg (441 lb.)

Advanced Double Column VMC for Heavy-duty Machining

DCV2012A, advanced double column vertical machining center, is built to tackle heavy-duty cutting task. With its rigid construction and big span of Y-axis design, it offers a generous work envelope with 2,000 x 1,100 mm　(78.7" x 43.3") and supports workpiece weighting up to 4,000 kg (8,818 lb.) Equipped with a BBT40 20,000 rpm spindle, roller type guideways and 6 slide blocks on Z-axis, it remains outstanding performance in 3D contour surface even at a high speed.

As the reinforced body structure, reliable ATC system and all 3 axes with ball type linear guideways, direct drive design and absolute position encoders, it enables fabulous performance on cutting accuracy, reliability and stability that definitely exceed your expectation.

i-Direct - The Path to Smart Manufacturing

YCM also introduced the new "i-Direct" intelligent IIOT platform. "i-Direct" IIOT platform performs as an intelligent production management system that links all equipment in the factory for data collection and analysis, allowing the use of visualization-based remote monitoring, control and dialogue. The system gathers information for real-time operations and acquires data including equipment utilization and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) rates; this enables managers to monitor and manage entire factories, instantly check the status of production, quickly identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the production process, and optimize production for maximum efficiency.
